New York
New York is the state to be it's one of the richest and one of the best. New York’s history is very rich and very old but very interesting. New York became a state on July 26, 1788, the capital is Albany. In 1664, the English took control of the area and renamed it New York. One of the original 13 colonies it was the 11th state to join the union.Between 1892 and 1954, millions of immigrants arrived in New York Harbor and passed through Ellis Island on their journey to becoming U.S citizens. New York City, the largest city in the state, is home to New York Stock exchange and is a major international economic center. The government is divided into three branches executive legislative, and judicial. The powers of each branches out way each other so no branch has more power than the others in their constitution. This really helps New York not get over power by the government. That way New York is one of the best state in the United States.
New York’s has some very fair and smart laws and rules to follow but, it also has some weird laws. One of the weird laws is that in Gloversville does not allow women wrestlers within the city limits I don’t why but it’s a law. Another one is it is a crime in Walden to give someone a drink of water without a permit. People in New York City apartments are not allowed to have a decks of cards within 1 mile of armory is another weird law. Even if New York has some really thought out laws it also has so laws that make you think what’s going on in there. New York’s economy is so good if it were a nation it would be rank 16th in the world, just slightly behind South Korea. New York’s gross product, the value of all the products and services produced in the state, totaled all together 963.5 billion dollars. New York is an amazing state to start a new life with a family it has a good education systems for kids. It also is a very famous state that has really cool things to do you’ll never get bore of the state. If you find the right spot and the right neighborhood then New York well be an amazing spot to live, New York is the place to be.
