In today’s fast-paced and digitally driven world, there are several characteristics of a well-told story that stand out as particularly important. For instance, the first one would be honesty, which is to tell your story as it happened, not as you would like others to believe it happened. Do movies actually “map” life for us? Are they not just entertainment? How can we know this? In my opinion, I would yes, movies do map life out for us because when the book explains to us what mapping means in the book and after it, I would agree movies have their own offering stories, characters, and themes that resonate with audiences.
