What three small changes could you make to your own lifestyle to improve your health, even if you are not overweight?
1. Adapting to a different lifestyle such as controlling the foods I eat on the daily basis can be very hard. To improve my health maybe I can try harder, because being overweight is a very big problem I believe. When I’m out I eat a lot of processed food such as burgers from McDonalds or Steaks from a corner store. These food has a lot of fat and grease in them but they are very good. I understand if I eat a salad or eat sports bars I will improve my health rather than eating fast foods every day.
2. Exercising is a key component that should be practiced on the daily basis to get a habit of it. I exercise about once a week, which I know is bad and can be a reason for bad health. For example I ran three laps around the park last week with my Father and I felt as though I had chest pains. Maybe because I do not exercise often and I am not in shape. I understand if I exercise daily I will be in shape and knock some fat off to improve a healthier lifestyle.

Fruits are low in calories and fat and are a source of simple sugars, fiber, and vitamins, which are essential for optimizing our health.
