We have experienced radical changes in the normal consumption habits of people in this country. This national dietary transformation is an absurdity and is being coined as the "national eating disorder" because of the degree of ferocity and severity in the movement.

The American diet has long been affected by political influence and new scientific evidence. However, the degree to which these factors influence what individuals eat every night is at an all-time
