After reading The Omnivore’s Dilemma ch4 – ch7 by Michael Pollan, he mainly talks about the influence of the corn and the composition of the corn. Nowadays, meat becomes cheaper because of the prosperity of the cheap corn. Although it is more efficient to feed cow by corn and American like the taste of it, it initiates the rising of the heart disease. What’s more, the feedlot produces lots of ecological pollution, when they are producing the meat in an industrial way.
