Systems * The company follows standard stems of the ISO 9000 QMS and 14000 EMS to ensure consistent quality and reliability of its products. * The systems are controlled, recorded by the management representative or systems coordinator * The progress is tracked by the certifying body – SGS and tracked by the management representative by routine audits
* The 400 plus staff and employees are thoroughly scrutinized before appointment and undergo regular training and development programs in house and outside the organization for skill development and team building. * Applicants go through basic IQ tests and interviews before being appointed
