This personal inventory assessment was designed to show how effective we are at empowering others. Being able to empower others effectively is one of the most common traits in leading and managing a team.
In the assessment I scored a 125 which falls in the category of ‘Low ability to empower others’. Although I found the survey to accurately reflect myself for the most part, I sort of disagree with it. I am not the type to give constant positive reinforcement, and pat on the backs for accomplishments expected. I am very adaptable though, so if I see that empowerment is needed, then that is what I give. For example, I slightly agreed with the statement “I frequently praise, encourage, and express approval of other people”. Although I don't
