Would you consider a children an adult? No children would not adults and that is the simple answer. However some people still do not see it that way. For some sixteen year olds, they don’t have the luck of being charged as what they are. Some teens are being charged as adults in the court system. How is that fair for the teens and how is that even allowed to happen. Sixteen year olds should not be charged as adults in a court of law.
