Vision
The type of leadership I want to display to my followers is a servant leader. The self-reflection gave statements and examples that provided the justifications of what kind of leader I will be. My vision that I have for myself is with short-termed visions; in the three-year marking of my vision, I will have obtained my Doctorate in Nursing: Business Healthcare Leadership.
The 5-year mark will be a successful leader as a CNO/ CEO of an organization. I will lead others to strive for change and to set the standard for self-accomplishments and success. My final vision is to have everyone ahead of me through my coaching and education and leading skills. I will have followers that will see success within me and believe my values and visions
