I believe that the whole issue with people driving and using a cell phone needs to be addressed. Talking and driving should not be allowed because, it distracts the driver.However, I do believe that there are in certain situations in which people should be allowed to use their phones. People should not be allowed to use their phone while driving. Phones are sometimes a wonderful thing for the world that we reside in. Phones can also be a negative thing.
