Spanking is a way of disciplining a child, it is very effective. It is effective because the pain is

more disciplining than words. Spanking may not be for every child, but it is for the children who can not be

spoken to and listen. Most studies show that if you spank your child at a young age they are better in school

and work. Even though most children who aren't spanked are good most children need discipline and being

spanked. It's meant to teach a lesson rather than abuse for pleasure. Some parents just put soap in the child's

mouth which does nothing but put a bad taste in your mouth. I agree with spanking because all it is, is

another way of disciplining. Rather than yelling or taking a phone, all of the effects are the same

something right, you congratulate and maybe give them a gift maybe even a high five works rather than

yell at them or spank them. Some children don't get the concept of spanking but when you spank a child

it is meant for them to learn a lesson rather than just to punish them for a second. It teaches them a lesson

by putting fear in them not to do it again and pain is key is punishment, not abuse though. When you talk

to children they don't like spankings and that is why when they are tempted to do something wrong they

will think of the consequences. Some parent just give them a little tap on their butts but they need to be

punished properly rather than just a tap on the butt. The consequences aren't severe at all they are more

scared then they hurt. Just like how people are with needles. Some people hate having doctors stick them

with a needle. So when they see the needle they flip out and pitch a fit thinking it is going to be truly

painful but then when they get the shot it wasn't as bad as they expected it to be. It's all the mind concepts
