It was the first time I held a shotgun in my hand and my first time hunting with my dad, It was a cold September dawn we had been hunting since the night before, and we were getting tired so we had decided to go nap for a few hours then wake up again and keep hunting because we were decided to take something home that weekend.

When we woke up we headed into the big piney woods that looked scary, we had been hunting for 4 hours and nothing seem to get in our paths so we gave up and were heading back to the truck when all of a sudden a deer ran past us right behind us, we hadn't even heard it coming our way, my dad turned around and starting shooting at the deer and then he ran after he ran into the woods when i started to realize
