The British have been prosecuted for too long and their taxes for war that does not even benefit us. Taxes without representation parliament, they have done nothing but persecution to our people and have tried to put a cover on our expansion both economically and socially.

We are done with the stamp act. I get it, you want to save money for the French and Indian war, but we are done paying for a war that was not our, and did not help us, or affect us in any way. Simple commodities, like paper, sugar, tobacco, and indigo are taken away and taxed, we are treated worse than dogs, for even dogs are given their simple. We have tried every way to reason with the british empire but they deny us our simple rights to food, to indigo, to our own homes,
