Donald Trump saying both sides are responsible for the protests in Charlottesville, VA. This statement is putting his already stumbling presidency in a lot of trouble. He said at a press meet that while one group was bad, the other group was very violent. Trump disapproved of the white supremacists and neo-Nazis earlier but 24 hours later, he reversed his disapproval. This recent statement is more similar to his first statement made on Saturday. Trump’s comments are offensive to many people across the country. Republican officials are also expressing their disapproval on Trump but they did not call out his name. Some people say that he doesn’t know the destruction he is causing in America. His job approval rating is in the mid 30s which is all time low for any president.
