I now know that I am the type of leader that uses respect rather than fear. I also give people to the benefit of the doubt, seeing if someone is capable of doing the job. Furthermore, I like to harness people’s best straits to smoothly achieve the objectives. If I respect individuals, I will take the time to hear out my subordinate’s thoughts and consider them when making decisions.

I know I naturally use Transactional leadership. Typically, when I step into a situation I like to know what is wrong and correct it immediately and make it clear among others that we have to adhere to certain rules and regulations to keep from sailing into hot water.
