The Walt Disney Company referred to as "Disney" and it is an American diversified. Walt Elias Disney was the founder of The Walt Disney Company. The Walt Disney Company was founded as a cartoon studio by two brothers Walt Disney and his elder brother Roy Disney on October 16, 1923 in Los Angeles, California. Walt Disney, the younger brother that handled animation, and the elder brother, Roy Disney that handed financing. In 1923, it was known as Disney Brothers Cartoon Studio and the company was later reincorporated into The Walt Disney Studio. The Walt Disney Company has been a leading name for the family entertainment. The Walt Disney Company, together with its subsidiaries is a diversified international family entertainment and also a media enterprise. There are five business segments Disney is involved in which is studio entertainment, media networks, consumer products, parks and resorts and also interactive media.
