• What evaluation tool did you use to measure your outcomes? o The evaluation tool that I used to measure my outcomes was a checklist. Our group developed a sheet which consisted of a checklist that was used to mark what objectives were met throughout the entire session. We had 3 goals and 6 objectives that were observed throughout the session. The 2 different objectives were separated into two different columns. Objective 1 had a line so that the observer could put a check mark if the objective was met. If it was not met, then the observer left it blank. This made determining whether the objectives were met easy. This sheet was handed out to 6 of our observers in our small group before the activities were delivered. We handed them to 6 different observers so that the observers could also help give directions and redirect the participants when needed. Our group could have separated the different genders more evenly. We unintentionally put all the girls in one group and all the guys in another. However, this did allow our participants to feel more comfortable around each other when we processed and did the activities. There was an individual that did not want to participate in order to get our attention. We could have redirected this behavior and told him that if he does not want to participate then he does not have too, instead of constantly encouraging him to participate. Another strategy that could have been used to better facilitate would be to write out all our goals, objectives, and expectations on a big poster board for everyone in our group to see. On another poster we could have included the expectations they needed to follow to go on the fieldtrip. When going over the fieldtrip poster board we could have reminded them of all the fun activities we have planned out for
