The Great War, The War to End All Wars, Weltkrieg, La Grande Guerre, La der' des der, or World War 1, no matter what you call it, it was devastating. With over 41 million deaths on both sides of the fight, it was costly. But what on Earth started it. Tensions ran high in Europe at that time; with all those wires crossed, it was only a matter of time before a short circuit. I have a few of the reasons why the war might of started:Germany invading neutral Belgium, France and Germany’s feud for rights over a rich part of Africa and Austria-Hungary and Germany wanting to take out Russian supported Serbians.
