I chose history because I did not see myself doing anything else in my life. I would always have to leave class in elementary school to go to learning support and take extra time to learn english and math so I did not know that much on the subject or really care about it in elementary school it was just the 30 minutes of the day I did not have to be in class so as I entered junior high and high school I had learning support built in to my schedule so I no longer had to miss class and I fell in love with it. It was fun and interesting and I was good at it just made sense.
