There are so many people in this world, and they all think of America in their own special way. Many people think that America is a place that has fought many wars and is strong when everyone works together. I think we can go deeper than that. The America I believe in is a place for new opportunities and is somewhere that you can feel secure.
America is a place for new opportunities. People in other countries may not have the same life options that we have here in America. We are blessed to be in America because we are free. We are free to choose our own religion. We are free to respectfully speak our minds. We are protected by laws against discrimination. In America, when you find something you are passionate about or a job you really care for, they hire you based on your qualifications, not your race or religion. In some countries, women are not able to get jobs or to go to school. In America, regardless of whether we are male or female, we are provided a free education, and are given the same opportunities as the person next to

The fact that we have laws to govern and protect us and armed forces who have our backs 100% of the time should make us feel protected and out of harm’s way. We have one of the safest countries in the world because of our strong government and our strong military who protect us from the threat of other countries. The United States has 737 military installations overseas alone. They are there to make sure that all of the threats overseas don't end up hitting American soil. The military has eyes and ears everywhere to keep its citizens safe. I am glad to live in America, because America cares about us, just as much as we care about America.
