Age is not an excuse to go to jail
As well we all know that juveniles crimes were increasing this year’s constantly and we can see too many cases around the world about this juvenile’s offenders or illegal activities, like this crime that happens in Odessa Texas, the 2nd of July committed by a 17 year old named Luis Rey for killing his aunt Maria Regalado of 46 years old and tried to attempted to shoot his uncle Porfirio Regalado (Raymond). Even though people think that their brain is not enough develop to know what they are doing, Juveniles should be charged as adults because they are too dangerous for the rest of the people and they have to pay for they crimes.
