Thus, causing Racist America today. In the article, there was a study done on job applicants, and whether it made a difference if you had a “white” or “ethnical” name. Studies showed that individual who had “white names” would have a fifty percent more chance of being called back by the employer. On the other hand, the black applicant had to have more job experience to receive the same position as the white applicant. I consider this study proof white privilege.
