Even the best athletes have to continue practicing so as to stay at their high level. (need to actually practice so as not to lose to the equally-skilled player every time.) Watching any professional sports game, could anyone possibly doubt that athletes exercise lavishly? Just a little exercise each day would help move someone closer to the strength of an athlete.
