The minimum number of guests necessary to reserve a private room is 40; however our rooms are different sizes and due to our seasonality, during the months of April, May, June, July, and August the number of people in a private party must maximize the size of the room. Our room rental rate depends largely on the time of the year and the time of day of the event. January, February, November, & December, the room rental is at its minimum of $5.00 per person all hours of the day. During March, April, and October, the rate is $10.00 per person all hours of the day. May, June, July, August and September the room rental rate is at its maximum of $15.00 per person after 4 P.M. and $5.00 per person before 4 P.M.

We offer a three tier pricing as shown on the left. The pricing to the left does not include room rental fee, taxes, or gratuity. Our buffets will include 10 items, 4 cold items and 6 hot items, the items will change according to the tier you choose. We can substitute items as long as they are equal to or less than the tier you choose. The items shown on the left are our staple items for most special events, however if you have special requests we will do our best to accommodate you. The serving area will be set up with the appropriate serving bowls, serving treys and chafing dishes. The buffet will be presented in our signature low-country, laid back, “beachy” style, we are so well known for. However, if you would like a more formal table cloth setting we can certainly accommodate you. A deposit of 30% of the total room rental and buffet price is required to secure the booking. Most people choose to have a cash bar in the room; this is by far the easiest and most economical approach. We simply set up a tiki bar in the room and everyone pays individually as they order. We can also include alcohol in your bill by simply running a total tab; this is usually done with a limited offering such as only house brand liquors, domestic beers, and house glasses of wine. Another option is to offer a full bar and have cocktail servers bring the drinks to the individuals, they can then either bill the individual as they order or ring everything on one bill and add it to your total.
