I believe that writing has honestly changed my life, not in just one way but even a few. Writing has always been kinda easy too me, but not until a few years ago did i realize how writing has actually affected me. I never minded writing, but not until about the sixth or seventh grade did I become aware that writings not just something you do in school but something that makes you smarter and opens your mind up to be free and creative. For as long as I can remember ever since I was little I have been writing in some way, shape, or form whether it be a paragraph, sentence, or essay i've written them all. As I attended grade school at St.Augustines my teachers would give us writing assignments such as summing up a paragraph or even writing a 4-H speech. All throughout grade school i never really minded writing but always wondered, why in the world do we have to do this? I dreaded writing. Never really until I was a little older and in middle school did I creative positive outlook on writing i finally realized that when I write I open up my mind and just think and write as i go. …show more content…
A sentence became and a paragraph, a paragraph became a whole paper and then just like that i was done with it all. In a blink of an eye it seemed like i was done, and i thought to myself, “wow, that wasn't so bad after all, i actually really enjoyed it and it all came right too me easy”. Right then I Believed writing is just more than busy work, or just another grade in school but a opportunity for me sit down by myself in a quiet room and just opened and just write whatever comes to mind about the topic i'm writing on.
