The interview started with Shenaz's introduction and thereafter, flowed with few questions which were completely related to the topic, leadership and to the course text. The interview was a great experience for us as leadership students, as the answers provided to us were quite outstanding and gave us a good picture of how to apply the theoretical knowledge in the real working environment.

Finally, there were few valuable points added by the leader from her own professional and personal life experiences. According to us, these points can never be studied from any text book, these are the learnings which, one can get only from the real life experiences.
