In the myth of perseus, the theme of cunning and cleverness is represented by the way perseus solves his conflict. In the beginning, he goes off to find medusa to kill her and bring her head back as a gift for his mom’s and the king’s wedding.
Along the way he met Hermes who told him that before he attacked medusa he must first be properly equipped. He was also told that he needed to be in possession of the nymphs of the north.To be able to find the nymphs’ abode they must first find the gray women who could tell them the way there.
