Your system's Antivirus should be always updated and always be online. Most of the SCADA systems are not design for security concern because of the real time scanning. However, some uses security. In addition, in security it uses strong user authentication. Every security system uses authentication, authorization, encryption, virus detection, filtration etc. However, how can you say that these are full secure? They provide a better security but if our system is not update, this security technology is nothing. So update them time to time because technologies are change time to time and new issues are generating day by day.
