However, having access to enjoyable occupation while on the unit can promote patients’ satisfaction, happiness and quality of life during the stay. Therefore, occupational therapy services provide a group on every Friday to plan their weekend while there are limited activities on the unit which care provider offers. Participating patients join the group and choose activities of their choice from a various item such as books, board games, and movies.
