Active communication between siblings revealed, Keith informed each sibling, that no one ever telephoned whatsoever, no one in the family. This was an ongoing cycle Keith had manipulated with siblings, knowing the family was never close. Therefore, he was grazing in cash, gift cards, and calling cards.
