In video one the two men were walking and talking about the government with all of the cameras around watching them. The man was exposing the government in an open space in the public and no one is supposed to know except the government and the man who built the machine.The man knew there were camera and he was still talking to his buddy i an open area. The two men could have just went home or to a private cameras,people free place. If the government found out they were talking about the government secret information they could get in some very deep trouble. The men aren't keeping the government privacy safe which he is supposed to do.
