Having a curfew for teenagers should not be allowed. Having a time when young people have to be home by is pretty intrusive if you think about it. Last year my dad and I were on our way home from a basketball game in when my dad had forgotten where he parked the car. It was past 10 o'clock on a Thursday and we were standing out in the street trying to call my mom to come pick us up get a ride. If a curfew was in place then i would have been breaking the law even i did not intend to stay out that late. The idea that teenagers cant be out past 10 might interfere with someone's plans of going to the movies. If a movie doesn't end until 10:30 and the student at the movie has to walk home they are in risk of getting into trouble for just seeing
