The Azure Sky is a four star hotel which was located in spring hill of city in Brisbane. It provides various services to business and leisure people, which include accommodations, restaurant, SPA and afternoon tea. To this organisation, it aims to make 10 per cent market share and six million profits on first year. At the same time, it attempts to gives people, no matter citizens or foreign, a convenient but quite environment, plenty options for their pleasant rooms, reasonable prices and special relaxing areas. Eventually, the organisation has an ambitious willing: people can get more energy and feel glad after they come in.

2. Goals of the website, how these fit into goals of the business

On the website, firstly, the different pages will be giving various information, including updated announcements, styles, price of rooms, services inside the hotel and position, on-line booking, and extra value for customers. The community can also understand everything that the hotel has done. The goals of the website are not only to make attractive and awareness to potential customers, but also show the real condition of the hotel. Meanwhile, it provides convenience and allows differentiation from other competitors.
