First, I am a student in the category of 18 to 24 years old and I am really agree with most of the data that says the article. I loved the phrase "It's like the saying goes. When you eat to college, you only have two out of the three activities: sleep, study or a social life." In my case I forget social life, and I dedicate myself to study, to work and to the church, although this seems social, is a responsibility and takes a lot of time for all the activities that involve my time. My days are a bit monotonous, but it is when I have valued the time, and every free second I take advantage of it, time is money, and when I have time to study and do homework it is coming from work, this is from 1:00 a.m. , 1:30 or even sometimes until 2:30 am, which is when I arrive at the house. …show more content…

For now, we feel young and we can do everything, but in the end we will suffer the consequences, for that reason although I want to fulfill all my responsibilities, and please my family, etcetera, I am giving myself one or two hours to go to the gymnasium per week, take out the stress that I have inside and get tired to sleep and my mind and subconscious also
