My SAE is that I work at NAPA Motor Supply in Worland. This relates to this area because on a weekly basis I am helping our farmers or ranchers and many other people of our community by getting them the correct part that they need. Those parts could be anywhere from oil or fuel filters to a set of new tire chains. Many of our farmers and ranchers rely on us to get them the parts that they need because we have a wide variety of other businesses that we are in contact with. We can get things from Billings and Denver within a few days. Most of the time our farmers and ranchers are back into business as soon as possible. My job at NAPA is to work the counter when needed and all kinds of other things. I am able to deliver if they need me so I can take parts to the businesses that are not able to come and pick …show more content…
Technology will keep progressing as the years go on so it will be good to know technology now so that I can learn more as the years go on. If I continue to learn technology it will be a good for my future because tech is coming to vehicles and agriculture more and more each year. Tractors are now able to drive themselves because of GPS and technology. Vehicles are becoming the same way as well. Tesla is working on a car that can drive itself. Impact #3 One of the greatest things that I have learned working in NAPA is people skills. This will greatly impact my future because I have met so many people in the short time that I have worked there. Some of these people would and could teach me many things if I ever needed to know something. In this business the customer is always right because you want them to keep bringing their business back. Plus, you always want to give them the best service that you can so that they leave your store happy. I have also met a lot of people that would buy lambs from me if I still was showing and selling
