The living conditions in the Secret Annex were filled with cautiousness, losof normalities, and constant frustration. These are the conditions that the Frank family had to endure for two years. They were forced into hiding by Hitler and the Nazis. This was called the Holocaust. The Holocaust took place during the time period 1942-1945 and it was when Hitler and the Nazis tryed to get rid of all the jews of Germany. The Franks had to go into hiding with ther friends and family so they would not be captured and killed. The Holocaust in my opinion is what I believe the worst event in human history. One of the Conditions in the annex was that they were always cautious. They always had to be because if anyone knows that they are up there they would be killed or taken to a conentration camp. They didnt have the normilities of a normal person because they were cooped up like animals for two years. They couldnt have friends while they were up there because they couldnt leave. It states this o page 315, it says that while they were up there they didnt have anyone or friends that were able to come up except Miep and Mr. Kraler. Another way that they were stripped of the normalities of a normal person was that they couldnt go to school or have any extracurricular activitys. It states on page 315 that they could not go to school because they were jewish and would be deported it they went to school. The worst of all that they were stripped of is that they could not go outside or feel the air for two whole years. They couldnt go outside becaue if they went outside then the Nazis would take them.
