Planning Your Perfect Vacation
Choosing a destination for your vacation may be the easiest part of planning the whole trip but planning the details of it is the hard part. Some people have it down to a science and some do it all last minute. When you wait until the last minute to plan your trip it can end up being very expensive. The hotels there all have a certain theme, such as The Luxor hotel and Casino. When you walk into that hotel it is like walking into a little piece of Egypt. Everywhere you turn there are replicas of sarcophagi and sculptures. Another gorgeous hotel is The Venetian which is an Italian theme hotel. Before you go into the hotel you first see a little river around the outside of the hotel that also goes into the hotel and you see and hear the gondoliers singing on the river and you can even take a ride on one. When you walk into the hotel, it is like walking through the stone streets of a small town in Italy. There are little sidewalk cafes lining the streets along with small shops and bakeries. This hotel is my personal favorite. Another trip I would take is going rock climbing on the mountains in the dessert. I have never done it but I have heard that the views are absolutely breathtaking. Finally you must make time for yourself by relaxing and pampering yourself. I like to pick one day where I am going to just relax and pay attention to me. I start by not setting an alarm and just sleeping in. Then making an appointment for the spa/salon where I get a massage, pedicure and manicure. Take your time there, you have the whole day to relax and enjoy.
I believe that it is important for everyone to take a vacation every once in a while. Everyday life can be stressful between your job, family, the economy, etc.
