Dress code is known as a set of rules that is common in most schools. School administration says that these rules are set for “safety reasons” and for the purpose that there will be no competition with clothing. Many students, especially girls, oppose what the administration says on their idea of clothing. We need to fight for being able to wear clothing items that make us feel comfortable and confident. All across the world, especially in my state, California, it can get very hot. Both boys and girls wear shorter pants and shirts to keep cool.
