In high schools classrooms across America, teens are stricken with fatigue because of their eight a.m. or earlier classes. Students have to arrive around eight a.m. and then are forced to sit tired through seven hours of classes. Being tired through a class could affect ones learning ability and effect their grades. Early classes also affect attendance and students are more prone to skip or be tardy. With the stress of waking up early students are more likely to turn to drug abuse, or mental problems. Personally waking up early is one of the toughest things I have to do and makes me tired throughout the whole day. Classes should start at ten to better attendance, learning, reduces stress, and help students mentally. Early classes are not
