With our stress-free approach you start off slowly and build your skills. For the first five weeks you need to work approximately one hour per day on six days a week. For the last three weeks you need to work two to three hours per day.
The plan is in an easy-to-print format. Put the plan for each week on your noticeboard and track your progress. Space is provided to record your scores and make notes.
